This awesome vacation condominium suite at the Water's Edge Resort in Garden City on the shore of Bear Lake is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials for your convenience. We provide all linens, towels, the Keurig and the K-cups, smart TVs, and an awesome kitchen. As a second story suite, you get beautiful views of Bear Lake and the mountains from your windows and deck! The resort is within walking distance to a public beach and all of your favorite restaurants and shops right in the center of town. We have an on-site restaurant that will deliver right to your door. Visit our retail clothing shops, a day-spa for your weekly massage, and a nostalgic candy store - all right down the stairs from your fantastic accommodations.
Our vacation suite is perfect for large families wanting the best for family reunions and getaways or groups of friends looking to enjoy Bear Lake's year-round activities. LakeView has three private rooms, two with King beds and in-suite bathrooms, plus a den with a Queen sofa sleeper. Request an air mattress (available at the resort) to up the sleeping occupancy to 8.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee. Less than 30 days, if property is re-rented – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee. Less than 30 days, property is not re-rented – 50% of total rental is the cancellation fee. Less than 7 days – 100% of total rental is the cancellation fee. No discounts for late arrival or early departure.
Deposit Policy
A 10% deposit is required to hold a booking and is non-refundable. The Remaining Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

"The place was very clean. It is located close to a marina for quick water toy rental. Close by eateries and small stores for any needed supplies. Had tons of bedding and had many small amenities that made the stay pleasant. Would 100% recommend. Hard to beat a view like that."

"Beautifully decorated, new, quiet and clean! Me, my sister and daughter had a wonderful time staying in one of the condos there. The food at Cody's Restaurant under the condos was excellent as well. Great service and price for a fun weekend getaway!"

"We then made our way to Water’s Edge Resort on the shoreline of Bear Lake. Checking into the condo, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The condo has a full kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of room for guests. There is a restaurant on site called Cody’s Gastro Garage the serves a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes and delicious dinner, appetizers and drinks after a day of activity! This will be an amazing, year-round destination for fun, and it's only 15 minutes away from Beaver Mountain!"

"We went up to northern Utah for a little staycation this week. We stayed at Waters Edge Resort at Bear Lake. It was so pretty! We had a great view of the lake at our condo. We also went skiing at Beaver Mountain with Ski Utah. The boys are good little skiers and had a blast. I am still learning and do better in the lodge…ha! I will keep trying though so I can spend time with the family. That is what it is all about for me…and it was so beautiful! We lucked out with a sunny, blue day!"
