information to hold your reservation and ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of scheduled services. No shows
will be charged the full treatment price.
We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for stress-free check in. If it is your first
appointment with us, this is especially important so that you can fill out necessary Client Intake forms without losing treatment time. When
in treatment rooms, we ask that you please turn your mobile phone off or on silent so that everyone may have a relaxing and
enjoyable time at the Spa.
PRIVACY & MODESTY
Our staff and therapists are very sensitive to issues of privacy and modesty and will do all they can to ensure that your comfort level is
respected. During certain spa treatments it is customary to be unclothed, although you will always have appropriate coverage.
