Our GrandView vacation suite is perfect for large families wanting the best for family reunions and getaways or groups of friends looking to enjoy Bear Lake's year-round activities. With 4 private bedrooms, it sleeps 11 people - request an air mattress to sleep a couple more - up to 15! The two master suites have king-sized beds and in-suite bathrooms, bunk beds in bedroom #3 (twin over full size), plus a den with sofa sleeper and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen has full-size appliances, utensils, pots and pans, and cooking utensils are included. Even a dishwasher and in-suite washer and dryer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Reservations will receive a full refund less credit card processing fees up to 30 days prior to travel. No discounts for late arrival or early departure. Bookings made under 30 days will be non-refundable. Purchasing your own travel insurance is advised.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to hold a booking made 30 days or more in advance and is refundable less credit card fees. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Bookings made under 30 days will be charged in full at the time of booking and are not refundable.

Beautiful place. Great for large families. the space and the way the bedrooms are set up make the place feel and look larger than what the photos show. I would highly recommend staying here.
We weren’t able to stay due to a gas leak in the garden city. It’s an accident that no one can predict and police evacuated the entire town. Adam, the property manager was extremely helpful and kind to give us information throughout the process. When we decided to cancel our trip, he has no problem to give us the full refund. If I were to visit there again, definitely my top choice.
Great place and location. Very convenient and clean. The only issue we encountered was it’s a house for 10 but there was not enough toilet paper. Besides that everything was great
